Commercial Roofing

TMI offers many types of commercial roofing products and services. TMI is an approved Duro-Last installer. Duro-Last is a highly durable and long lasting solution for low slope applications. Its highly reflective surface offers an excellent return on investment in terms of energy savings while being virtually maintenance free. Standard warranty on a Duro-Last roof is 15 years with an available 20 year warranty.

TMI also installs a TPO Roofing System for low slope applications. TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) Roofing is a single-ply highly reflective membrane that is available in different thicknesses for superior strength and reliability. Additional information on TPO roofing is available here.
